Embroidered Patches

Embroidered patches are fabric patches decorated with stitched thread. They can be produced in custom shapes, sizes and colors and finished with different edge and backing options.

Artwork is prepared for embroidery, stitch paths and thread areas are planned, and the design is sewn onto patch material before the patch is cut and finished with the selected edge and backing.

They are commonly used on uniforms, workwear, hats, jackets, backpacks, team apparel, clubs, events and branded merchandise.

Embroidery gives artwork a textured stitched appearance and works especially well for bold logos, lettering and emblem-style designs. Very fine detail may be better suited to a woven or printed construction.

Available attachment methods can include heat-applied backing, sew-on backing, peel-and-stick for temporary applications, or hook-and-loop. The best choice depends on the garment and how the patch will be used.

Yes. Custom shapes and sizes are available within production limits. Upload your artwork and select a starting size; the design is reviewed to preserve proportions and stitch clarity.

A digital proof can be included in the order workflow. Production does not begin until the proof step is complete when approval is required.

We will not force fine artwork into an unsuitable stitch setup. The production review can recommend simplifying small detail or using another patch construction that reproduces the design more cleanly.
