Turnaround Time

Production timing begins after the artwork, specifications and any required proof are approved. Actual timing depends on patch type, quantity, complexity and current production capacity.

Need it sooner? Expedited production may be available on selected products. Confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.

Proofs help confirm artwork and production details, but an order that is waiting for proof approval does not move into production until approval is received.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

• Transit estimates begin after the order leaves production.
• Tracking is provided when the selected carrier and service issue it.
• Remote areas, customs and international destinations can require additional transit time.

Expedited Shipping

• Available only for eligible destinations and carrier services.
• Faster transit does not shorten production unless expedited production is separately confirmed.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking information is sent when a shipment is prepared and the carrier issues a number. A carrier may need time to display the first scan. If tracking does not update after the carrier’s normal activation window, contact support with your order number.
